• Six weeks

Project Management:

• Thorough technical assessment of your current environments with a Google Workspace Certified Deployment Specialist

• Develop a deployment project plan that fits your organizational needs and takes you through Google Workspace go-live

• Direct access to your dedicated specialist for technical deployment questions/issues for the duration of the program

• Regular, weekly, update meetings with your dedicated specialist and project team to cover milestones and address blocking issues

Technical Consulting:

• Domain Setup and Integration

• Provisioning and configuration of Google Workspace and Postini services, including multi-domain and complex configurations

• Configuration of G Workspace Directory Sync for directory and shared contact management

• Directory population using bulk processes or Directory Sync, as appropriate

• Configuration of Google Workspace Directory Sync for Message Security as needed for Postini directory management

• Setup control organizational units and Google Workspace services

• Configure global address list

• Setup of mail delivery

• Get advice on configuring dual delivery with your existing mail system (if desired)

• Learn how to switch email delivery to Google Workspace to minimize downtime

• Instructions and assistance with DNS, SPF, and Postini organization

• Data Migration

• Receive guidance on migrating data using administrator managed server-side tools or user managed client-side tools

• Planning tools and bandwidth calculators for determining your migration constraints

• Configuration of GAMME/GAMLN/GAMMO or our Groupwise Cloud Migration software and tools

• Integrating with existing devices and systems

• Configuration of Google Workspace to work with your existing SSO system

• Configuration of automated GADS sync with your existing LDAP directory
