Return Policy

Damaged Packages

  • • Damaged packages received via carrier should NOT be accepted. You should refuse the shipment from the carrier. 

  • • If you have accepted a damaged shipment and find one of your products to be malfunctioning, you have 48 hours to contact our Order Management team. You can reach the Order Management team at omsupport@promevo.com and the team will facilitate an exchange with our vendor.

  • • Damaged carts should not be accepted and damages must be reported to omsupport@promevo.com within 48 hours. 


Return Requirements

  • • Chrome Management Licenses and Hangouts for Meets software licenses are not returnable or refundable.

  • • Hangouts Meet Hardware Kits are non-returnable.

  • • All returns (i.e. not a defect or exchange) must be factory sealed and submitted within 14 days of receiving the devices.

  • • All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and include all accessories. Devices not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% fee or $200, whichever is lower.

  • • All approved returns must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of your original order, or the returned item(s) will not be accepted.

  • • Return shipping is not provided if you are approved for an at-will return.

  • • Cart returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. 

  • • Cart returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping on carts is not provided.

  • • Promevo will not accept returns for any item which has been used in a way which violates the manufacturer warranties. All determinations on acceptance or rejection of returns which have been used in a way which violates manufacturer warranty policies are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Promevo. In cases where items have been used in a way which violates manufacturer warranty customer is responsible for shipping costs.


Exchange Requirements for Defective Devices

  • • All approved returns must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of your original order, or the returned item(s) will not be accepted.

  • • All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and include all accessories. Devices not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% fee or $200, whichever is lower.

  • • Return shipping labels expire 10 business days after issuance and will not be reissued.

  • • Any replacement item(s) shipped to the you in anticipation of an RMA return will be treated as a new order. You will be responsible for payment in full for the original and the new order and will receive the appropriate credit once the defective unit is received and inspected. 

  • • All repairs/returns/exchanges outside of 30 days must go through the manufacturer. See Manufacturer Contact Information below.

 

Jamboard Return Policy

  • • Please note that all orders for Jamboard hardware and licenses are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

  • • Products with technical issues or failures must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of delivery.

  • • Technical Support. Please contact the Promevo support team at 513-731-3303 with any questions or issues with your order, or for general technical support in the United States you may get support directly from the Google Jamboard Technical Support Center Toll Free at 1-877-355-5787.

  • • Other (anything to do with RMA, mis-ship, or defective)
